This privacy policy was created with the commitment to ensure the security, privacy and, when applicable, the secrecy of information and personal data received from users of the site, through Contact Us or any communication channel of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados.

This privacy policy aims to clarify how information is collected and treated, as well as how Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados complies with the rules set forth in the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

The collection of data through the Reporting Channel may be carried out anonymously, at the user's discretion, and it is not mandatory to provide the name, email address or any other identifying information of the complainant.

In this case, the office will deal with the complaint according to the information reported, without access to any data identifying the complainant, but only to the narrated fact itself.

The information collected through Contact will include user identification data, so that the office can contact you in order to respond to the request.

Any information forwarded by users to the email address of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados will be protected in accordance with strict confidentiality standards and will only be used within the necessary limits, considering the purposes for which it was collected.

Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law, observing the regulatory principles for the processing of personal data defined in article 6 of Law No. 13,709/2018.

The holder may, at any time, request the Person in Charge to take the following measures, among others provided for in the LGPD:

• Access to processed personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.

The requests formalized by the holder with the Person in Charge will be answered as soon as possible.

Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados reserves the right to retain the personal data provided by the holder for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, especially for:
• ensure the execution of the requested activities;
• comply with a legal or contractual obligation;
• compliance with requests from competent authorities; and
• regular exercise of rights in any legal or administrative proceedings.

The personal data provided travels through VPN (Virtual Private Network or Virtual Private Network), which is equipped with features that encrypt the information, keeping it hidden and protected against unwanted views during the data traffic to the local environment, where they are stored in a secure database, access to which is hierarchical and subject to audit.

Access to the information received is restricted to members of the firm, with no sharing of data with third parties unrelated to Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados.

The electronic address of Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados contains links to external websites whose privacy policies are not the responsibility of the firm.

The Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados website does not use “cookies” to collect personal or navigation information.

Companies contracted to provide eventual support services to Alvim Coelho Sociedade de Advogados must strictly follow the firm's privacy policy.
